Leila suggested different positions to facilitate optimal positioning and help the labor progress, in addition to providing much-needed emotional support and encouragement. She also recommended that I seek the support of a chiropractor and acupuncturist - both of which absolutely SAVED my birth.

She was extremely knowledgeable about all things regarding labor and pregnancy. Leila was very attentive to our wants and needs, and she provided a lot of resources, advice, and tools that kept us educated and confident in our birth experience. Leila is also a certified spinning babies instructor and lactation consultant so we felt we were receiving additional benefit from choosing her as our Doula.

We could not have had a successful VBAC without her. Labor wasn't an easy journey but she kept us calm and educated throughout the whole process.

When it came time to labor, she was there every step of the way. We labored at home until I was 5 cm and then went to the hospital where I delivered. She knew I wanted a natural, non-intrusive birth and supported me in that the whole time. Because of her, I was able to deliver with the doctor I wanted, in the position most comfortable to me and in the way I had planned for it.

She kept our spirits high, our hearts full, our minds on track and was a constant reminder that "we are in control of this," that we make the choices, that we do in fact have options. She barely slept, and when she did it was quick power naps. She was a rock for my partner, myself and my family.

Without her support, education, belief in my strength, we would likely have ended up with another c-section!

 My birth was anything BUT textbook, and Leila was there for us every step of the way. She gave her time and came over multiple times during my 3 weeks of prodromal labor to work spinning babies to try and help our son try to get in the best possible position for delivery. She coached me and supported us through a really intense labor process. She stayed by my side after our son was rushed to the NICU and my husband had to follow. She helped us get a latch when breastfeeding was hard

Out of the 6 labor and births I have been through, the ones that hold the fondest memories and felt the best were the ones where I had someone, other than my husband, available to support me and this last birth was the only one where I specifically had a doula and I cannot express enough have valuable that was.

Where do I begin?! Well, first and foremost, if you haven’t hired her to be your doula/apart of your support team then you NEED to ASAP!

Our family was truly blessed to have Leila come into our lives and be there for us during the birth of our beautiful baby Bella🙏🏻❤️ I think that any family would benefit from having Leila as a Doula if they were welcoming a new member because she is just the best❤️

I just had my first prenatal yoga session with Leila this evening. She is so nice, so calm, so encouraging and knows her stuff! I am a little upset that I can't go every week haha. Can't wait to go back!

Most ask, "What is a Doula?", including myself. Now I can say, a Doula, ESPECIALLY Leila, is an angel sent from the Gods!

I cannot say enough positive things about Leila. Every time we get together or chat, I learn more and feel more confident and equipped as I embark on this journey of motherhood. I hired Leila around week 25 of pregnancy and never second guessed it.

I am not sure how anyone has a baby without a Doula, at least one that is as amazing as Leila. I would pay double what we payed Leila. Leila provided an invaluable service, not only to the moms, but for us dads too.
