Bloom: Motherhood circles with Devotion is a monthly offering that includes movement, education, community, and support to mothers in the birthing year which includes preconception, pregnancy, and the 4th trimester.

Our circles are led by our team “Medicine Mama” Anne Sutherland who is a mother, mental health counselor, educator, yoga instructor and personal trainer. While Anne is on maternity leave, we will have guest speakers with exciting topics.
